Started from the bottom now were HERE!

The Nickley Group began in a humble 8x8 office with just five dedicated individuals who are still part of the team today. From those modest beginnings, TNG has grown exponentially, expanding to a thriving team of over 60 people. This growth reflects the group's unwavering commitment to excellence and the strong, supportive culture that has been cultivated since day one.

Client Services Team

Our client services team is the first point of contact managing inbound calls and assisting clients with a wide range of inquiries. This includes matching them with the right agent and connecting them with the appropriate resources. 

Operations Team

Our operations team handles a wide range of tasks, including training our team, managing our complimentary moving trucks and boxes, and overseeing the onboarding process for new agents.

Transaction Coordinators  

Our transaction coordinator team ensures everything runs efficiently from executed offer to final closing. With their attention to detail and industry knowledge, our team ensures our clients receive top-notch service and achieve their real estate goals.

Marketing Team

Our marketing team manages our social media presence, online reach, TNG events, and ensures that our brand stays top of mind for new and returning clients alike. 

Day in the Life

Monday Morning Meeting 

Every Monday morning at The Nickley Group, we kick off the week with a team meeting where everyone shares five positives. It's a great way to set a positive tone, celebrate wins, and foster a supportive atmosphere. Along with this, we enjoy breakfast together, making it a time to connect, refuel, and start the week energized and ready to tackle new challenges.

Call Block

We dedicate three hours every Monday through Friday to focused call blocks aimed at new business development. This time is set aside to connect with potential clients, nurture leads, and ensure we're consistently growing and expanding our reach. By making this a daily priority, we're able to maintain our momentum and keep driving the success that sets us apart in the real estate industry.

Weekly Team Trainings

At The Nickley Group, we hold weekly training sessions for all our agents to ensure they stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate industry. These sessions are designed to keep our team sharp, informed, and ready to provide the best possible service to our clients

Friday Accountability

Every Friday our agents participate in accountability sessions. These sessions are designed to track progress, set goals, and ensure that everyone is staying on course with their business development efforts. It's a time for reflection, support, and making sure we're all aligned in our commitment to achieving both personal and team success.

2024 Office

In 2020, The Nickley Group (TNG) moved into the Cameo Building, transforming it into a vibrant office space while preserving its historic character. TNG Owner Tom Nickley ensured the office retained key features, like the exposed brick and white plaster where theatre seats once stood. Situated in the lively Mills 50 district, the office reflects the energetic culture of our team. Inside, we feature a mural by local artist Ric Sosa, and in May 2024, we added a stunning new mural to the exterior. SKIP from A Pivotal Character Artworks + Design created this mural, showcasing Orlando’s Colonialtown homes, the downtown skyline, and our neighborhood swans. Whether you’re driving by, walking by, or stopping in, be sure to check out our beautiful space that captures the essence of our city.
