Jennifer Thornley first joined The Nickley Group as a Buyers Agent in November 2017, & after just a few short months transitioned into her current role as the Nickley Group’s first ever Chief Happiness Officer. With over three decades of experience in customer service, hospitality, & event planning, Jennifer is dedicated to assisting agents in creating lifelong relationships with their clients through TNG’s Raving Fans Club. The RFC is our way to keep in touch with clients after their closings by holding client events, contests, giveaways & other special touches she plans & executes on throughout the year. She plays a vital role in maintaining the fun, positive culture that TNG uniquely & proudly encompasses. Jennifer and her husband Todd enjoy spending time together traveling, collecting art, and attending concerts, shows & music festivals.
