Jennifer Thornley first joined The Nickley Group as a Buyers Agent in November 2017, & after just a few short months transitioned into her current role as the Nickley Group’s first ever Chief Happiness Officer. With over three decades of experience in customer service, hospitality, & event planning, Jennifer is dedicated to assisting agents in creating lifelong relationships with their clients through TNG’s client events, contests, giveaways & other special touches she plans & executes on throughout the year. Jennifer is also dedicated to keeping up the spirits & morale of TNG’s Executives, Agents & Team Members. She plays a vital role in maintaining the fun, positive culture that TNG uniquely & proudly encompasses. Jennifer and her husband Todd enjoy traveling & spending time together & share a special love for music. So much so that they named their “fur child” (ie-Boxer dog) Lennon after the late, great Beatle.
