Nicholas was born in New York City, and moved to Orlando in 2010. The son of two Dominican immigrants, the value of hard work was ingrained in him at a very young age and he takes pride in providing a world-class level of service to all his clients.
After earning his real estate license in 2020, Nicholas attended Stetson University and began his real estate career in the timeshare industry as a top-producing rookie among experienced agents.
