Zillow randomly matched me with Arianna when I wanted to see a house at the beginning of my search, and I am grateful that they did! My process was a bit of a long one, over 6 months and 12 offers, and Arianna was always there for last-minute showings. She on my side throughout the whole experience, even when I wanted to see a house that I wasn't sure of. After visiting a house that I wasn't interested in, I never felt an ounce of pressure, and that took one major stressor out of a time that can have many. In the end, I ended up with a great house when it was hard for non-cash buyers (in my experience) to find anything halfway decent. I can't recommend her enough!
