Hi, I’m Gavin, a proud member of The Nickley Group, the #1 real estate team in Florida and #3 in the nation. Originally from Columbus, Georgia, I’ve called the Tampa Bay area home since 2021. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the community, the culture, and the energy of this incredible city.
Before real estate, music was (and still is) a big part of my life. I’ve been DJing since I was 10 years old, which taught me how to read a room, bring people together, and create memorable moments.
