Bret and Nicole were outstanding. We cannot speak highly enough of them! They were always in communication with us and made our home buying process a breeze. Whenever an issue arose they were prompt to jump on it and find a remedy right away. They are such nice and genuine people! 10/10!!

Bret and Nicole helped our daughter buy a house earlier in year which was a positive experience. So when we had a property in Orlando to sell we went with them. They did a fantastic job of getting our house sold. They were great at communication and providing advice and options. We had an issue found during inspection of a shower pan leak. We were doing a lot of traveling so Bret and Nicole took care of everything. They got quotes, worked with contractor to get repair made and inspected work and arranged getting paint touchup. They really took much of the pressure and aggravation off of us. I highly recommend them.

Bret and Nicole have been such a pleasure to work with. We have now bought two homes with them and plan to use them for life. They are so knowledgeable to the area and really listen to what you’re looking for in a house. They send new houses soon as they are posted and are so quick to set up tours. They have put in so much work for my husband and I and I truly appreciate all that they do!! The closing process has been very easy with them and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
