Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Central Florida since her elementary school years, Tatiana has always been drawn to stories that make places feel meaningful. After earning her degree in Architecture & Environmental Sciences from USF in Tampa, she explored a variety of interdisciplinary roles before building and growing tennis programs for young beginners and junior-level players throughout Orlando and Tampa.
In 2024, she took a leap of faith and moved to Chicago to begin her career as a Leasing Agent with a rental brokerage. It was there that everything clicked, helping her realize what she loves most: connecting people with places that fit their lives.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, naturally quick with her hands, and perpetually carrying a random song in her head, she loves playing matchmaker for buyers and sellers alike. When she’s not helping people find the right fit, she’s usually out on a paddleboard, playing tennis with her family, journaling on her mat, working on a new collage, exploring trails and abandoned places, catching a movie, or taking an impromptu day trip for a great show.
She believes life is best lived with a little curiosity, a little adventure, and plenty of pan de bono to keep the heart fed.
