Moving Supplies (Boxes & Bubble Wrap)

How it works:
TNG offers the ability to request moving supplies to help clients with their move.

Things to Know:
1. Weekend Pick-Ups are at the KW at the Parks office.
2. Pick-Ups are unavailable on national holidays and/or days the TNG office or the KW Bumby office may be closed. 
3. Must be requested 3 business days prior to pickup.
4. The client receives 10 boxes in total (4 large, 4 medium, and 2 small) and 1 large roll of bubble wrap.

Moving Trucks

How it works:
This program allows our client's complimentary access to our two TNG moving trucks at any point while working with TNG - while searching for homes, under contract, and after closing. 

Things to Know:
1. Availability is not guaranteed, and reservations are first come, first served. Your assigned TC will email your client a link to the 2. Moving Truck Request form after going under contract, have them fill it out ASAP, as it does book up. 
3. Truck can only be driven in the Central Florida area.
4. Agents and charities are also allowed to rent the truck!

City Furniture Gift Card Program
How it Works:

The program was created to show appreciation to clients by giving them a $250.00 off $500 “Housewarming” gift card to help kick start their home decorating

Things to Know:
1. Only TNG buyers get this
2. If you want to personally give the card to your client, let Emily Holmes know before closing. 
3. If your client is not moving in right after closing, or this is an investment, Let Emily Holmes know.

Referral Program
How it works:
When we receive your C2C with a referral as a lead source Vanessa Rohall will verify the phone number and send them a $25 Amazon Gift card through Amazon.

Things to Know:
1. Please be sure the information you submit on the C2C is accurate, we want to make sure these gift cards get to the correct people.
2. The message will be from “The Nickley Group” and will read “‘referrer’, Thank you for referring ‘new client’ to ‘agent’ and our team. We appreciate you!”
3. If they do not accept the gift card, Rohall will call them and inform them over the phone. If they don’t answer, she will reach out to the agent. She can resend it 5 times.
4. There is no form to submit, just the C2C.

TNG Baby Onesie

How it works:
This is a great touchpoint for agents to send if/when a client is expecting or just had a baby. Please fill out the Google Form, Rohall will receive an email when you submit it.

Things to Know:
1. Included in the package with the onesie is a card for the agent to sign &/or write a special message on. There’s a question on the form for if you want to sign, you do not need to sign if you don’t want to.
2. Onesies are 3-6 months in size.

”COOL KIDS” Buyer & Listing Agreement
How it works:
These agreements were created as a fun way for your clients' kids to be involved &/or bribed to behave during the process of their parents buying &/or selling a home.

Things to Know:
1. Cool Kid agreement forms can be found next to the Buyer’s folders. There are separate forms for buyers and seller, please take the correct form.
2. If you would like to use this perk, you need to add it to the folder you take.
3. They are designed to be offered to kids 4-12.
4. Agreements are highly recommended to be given to kids during the buyer's consultation &/or listing appointments. 
5. Please give filled-out forms to Rohall so she can get the gift card.
