Before moving into real estate, Tom spent a decade in the wine industry as the National Sales & Marketing Manager for a boutique brokerage specializing in high-end wines from around the globe. That experience shaped his expertise in marketing, team building, and building scalable systems—skills that have been foundational in growing The Nickley Group into one of the top real estate teams in Florida.
Alexis, a Central Florida native, directs her passion toward training and developing the agents and staff at The Nickley Group. She is dedicated to equipping the team with the tools, resources, and high-level coaching needed to deliver an exceptional experience in every client interaction. Her leadership fosters a culture that is not only focused on high achievement but also rooted in positivity, collaboration, and support.
