Tom Nickley formed The Nickley Group in 2014 after an 11-year career in the wine industry. He has always wanted to be a leader; he didn’t get into the real estate industry to sell homes. He always wanted to lead a team to success, and he has done just that. Luckily for Tom, he discovered four extremely passionate, ready-to-learn, and positive agents to join his team. These four agents are still with us today, but The Nickley Group quickly began to grow. We now have 44 licensed agents and 18 staff members. We are always looking to expand our team. If you are driven, coachable, and want more opportunities than you know what to do with, we’d love to hear from you.

Our mission is something we live by; it’s why we do what we do. We love Central Florida and are excited to share our passion with everyone who chooses to work with us. The best part of working in real estate is meeting new people and building relationships with those that we get to help. Our office is in the Mills 50 district, filled with great businesses, restaurants, and residents we love to support.
