I relocated to Florida from Tennessee in 2012 and have since found my forever home. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of industries and have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that I’m excited to apply to my current role at The Nickley Group. I’m passionate about connecting with people, understanding their strengths, and helping them achieve their career goals. As the Recruiting Manager for TNG, my goal is to find the best candidates for each position and keep growing our amazing team.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my children. Whether we’re playing outside, snuggled up for a movie, baking cookies, visiting Disney, or exploring on our bikes, it’s the simple moments that bring me the most joy. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important to me, and I make it a priority to ensure that I have ample time to nurture my personal relationships and recharge my batteries.
