Having grown up in Central Florida I have found a true passion in helping others that also want to call this area home. Throughout my life I was always close to the real estate industry, thanks to my parents, and naturally I developed a lifelong interest in what would ultimately become my career and passion. Everything from construction to architecture, to home design, has been engrained in me from a young age and is one of my true interests. But my true passion, the one thing that means the most to me...is my clients. Being able to help good people find their home and making that experience one to remember is what is always most important to me. My clients are my biggest concerns and I am always their biggest advocate. From finding the right home, to negotiating, to working through the contract...I will always be your biggest advocate.

As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't say more and be more appreciative of Brett Nickley. When I first walked into his office I had no idea of what the home buying experience would be like. In our first meeting he took an hour out of his time to explain the entire process from start to finish including deadlines, what to anticipate, etc. Extremely professional. Immediately I felt more confident and ready to buy a home! The search process was a little grueling but eventually, we found the perfect Townhouse in Kissimmee. During the inspection we identified problems and negotiated a new roof paid for by the seller. All said and done the process was seamless and Brett kept me constantly updated so there were no surprises. I've had more difficulty renting apartments!
