The hilarious SNL satire confirmed how consumers generally viewed realtors. It showed that realtors are usually talkers who fail to listen and are technologically outdated. One of the buyers’ biggest complaints is that they feel that their realtors aren’t listening to what they want and are more concerned about closing the sale.

“You definitely want to make sure that you’re working with an experienced realtor who is going to listen to you. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. And you’re the one that’s going to pay that mortgage.”
Pro Tip #2: Use a Realtor With Top of the Line Technology
To become a realtor, all you have to do is take a course and pass a test. That’s why there is such a vast number of realtors in the market right now. This means that buyers will have plenty of realtors to choose from. However, the downside is, there are plenty of realtors out there who are not that good at what they do.
“You really need to make sure that you’re working with someone who is up to date with the latest technology. You’ll want a realtor that is going to send you homes faster than they hit Zillow. You want to be able to get out in front of those other agents that are looking at homes.”
