Working with Arianna Finnane was a breeze, and she really knows her stuff. We ended up finding our home faster than we expected. It's a shame we can't give a perfect score, but there were a couple things that really grated and continue to grate my nerves. I did not like the way my husband and I were treated by Deanna. I also don't like being promised (by Arianna) something that I didn't ask for nor expect. When I kept following up about it I felt ignored and toyed with. I played her game for a bit because I was in disbelief. I won't go into detail here.Nevertheless, still an overall, a super positive experience.

John Medeiros acted as our Buyer's Agent and he was terrific. As we moved through the process I slowly came to realize just how good the rest of the team is as well. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. They even offered us free moving supplies, and a truck to help with our local move. I've never heard of realtors offering such things before.
