Real Estate Sales Agent:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent at TNG, you’ll have the chance to grow your career while assisting clients in achieving their dream of owning a new home. Our comprehensive training program and smart technology will equip you with the necessary tools to pave your path to success. It’s not uncommon for our newly affiliated agents to close multiple successful transactions within their first few months.
Real Estate Showing Agent:
If you enjoy meeting new people, working in dynamic environments, and staying on the move, the role of a Showing Agent might be perfect for you. As a Showing Agent at TNG, you will focus on managing client relationships, building rapport, guiding them through home viewings, and providing support throughout the entire process. You will also collaborate with our partnered agents to help them achieve their own successes. Effective communication skills will be essential in keeping clients and partnered agents well-informed of your progress.
Inside Sales Agent:
As an Inside Sales Agent, your ability to establish and nurture client relationships will be pivotal to your success. Patience is key, as the process of finding one’s dream home often requires a significant investment of time. Your primary objective will be acquiring new clients by building connections and nurturing leads through our advanced Client Relationship Management system. Working closely with our Listing and Buyer Agents, you will gather vital information about potential clients and schedule appointments with agents.
